• The clown bit her on the foot and Miss Cheryl bit her side. (Pre-Trial Reports, pp.362,365)
• "Al" bit her in the ear. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.367)
• M.T. pulled the clown's hair, and the clown had to go to the hospital. (Pre-Trial Reports, p.364)
• The clown bit M.T.'s foot, hand, and head, and "That's all." (Pre-Trial Reports, p.382)

• The Commonwealth's medical expert, Dr. Emans, examined M.T. and found normal "vaginal or vulvar irritation." She said this is "very common .... It's not uncommon to see some redness in that area." (1986: Vol. 35, pp.127-128)
